Lemon tiramisu

Zest up your favourite Summer dessert with our Lemon & Lime Posset 🍋

Ingredients
To make 4 tiramisu pots, you will need;
- 1 x lemon
- 2 x Lemon & Lime Possets
- 1 x pack of sponge fingers
- Lemon curd
- 4 glass pots for serving

Method
Start by creating a mix for the sponge fingers using lemon juice, lemon curd and warm water.

Dip your sponge finger biscuits (on both sides), into the mixture.

Next, line the bottom of your empty Pots & Co glass jars with the soaked biscuits.

Top your biscuit layer with approx. 1 tbsp of our Lemon & Lime Posset.

Add another layer of sponge fingers and top this with lemon curd.

Decorate with half a slice of lemon, and chill until ready to serve.
