“Bursting with flavour”

We spent days balancing our berries for this pot. Too much strawberry or blackberry and it can be sweet and bland; too much blackcurrant or raspberry and it can be too sour. We only stopped when we had the perfect balance. Once layered with a mascarpone cream and a hint of vanilla, you have summer in a pot.
